A sweet and spicy mustard -- first you'll taste the sweetness from the pure maple syrup and then the zippy spice kicks in. Many people think the spicy flavor resembles horseradish, but that's not one of the ingredients!
This mustard is great with pretzels (butter pretzels are our favorite). It also adds fabulous flavor to chicken or turkey sandwiches. Try adding just a bit of this mustard to a pan of morning sausage links right before removing them from the heat. Keep stirring the sausage links until they have a light coating of the maple mustard and you'll be in for a wonderful taste surprise.
Ingredients: Mustard, vinegar, maple syrup, sugar, eggs, soybean oil, water, starch, food starch modified, salt, spices and paprika.
